When people hear Friday the 13, they automatically think of
the movie with the serial killer Jason. On Friday, November 13, 2015 , France
was under attack. Paris , the city
of light, was a target. Gunman killed 132 innocent lives, more than 350 injured,
and many families devastated and frighten. When America
was under attack on September 11, Paris
remembered all those who have passed. On Friday, America
did the same. The killers targeted
places where people were enjoying their Friday night. The attacks went through soccer
games, concerts, and evening meals. Attackers held suicide bombings, hurled grenades,
and shot hostages. French security forces flooded the streets from late Friday
night to early Saturday morning. The French President wanted revenge since this
was the second attack on them this year. Islamic extremists attacked a Jewish
owned supermarket leaving 17 dead. It was a normal Friday until the undetected
attacks happened. Within minutes from the first attack, Islamic supporters
hailed " Paris in flames"
and " Isis is attacking Paris ".
On Sunday, the government claimed that all eight attackers have been killed. Police
also said that six attackers had detonated explosives and one was shot and
killed by police, the eighth was urgently being sought. Later on, President
Obama sent his condolences to France
and said the U.S stands with France .
Also on November 13, many other places were devastated. In Japan ,
an earthquake and upcoming tsunami occurred. In Mexico ,
a hurricane killed many. In Colombia ,
220,000 people were killed by FARC attackers. There is nothing wrong with this
world but only the people in it. #PrayfroEveryone
This event was so devastating i cant even put it into words anymore. The whole time, Mrs. Foley was on my mind, I swear. Paris didn't deserve this. It's an absolutely beautiful and innocent city and it had to just get attacked like it meant nothing. I like how detailed your information was though. You had a few grammar mistakes. Other than that good job :) & #prayforparis
